Hello. I need to do a factory reset on my lappy. Its an Asus A550C. I've tried Restarting then pressing F9 which goes to Windows Boot Manager, the only option is Windows 7 Home Premium (recovered). Then if I press F8 for advance option and choose Repair Computer it says "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem: insert the disc, choose language, click repair.."
I understand Im suppose to get Windows Setup (EMS Enabled) but I don't have that option.
If anyone can help me out that would be great. thanks in advance.
