Touch screen applications

I restore my computer because it was stuck.
After that, on the touch screen desktop, some aplications like games, calender, conracts, mail, maps , weather , one note, news, sports, have an X on the right corner of the icon. When I click the icon, I got a message saying that the application can not be opened , so they refer to me to go to the store, but when I goto the store and look for the application, the store tell me that the application is on my computer or my licence was expired.
